• By purchasing a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

• I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website.

2. Energy Healing Services

2.1 Disclaimer

• Energy healing is a complementary practice and does not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare treatments.

• I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or guarantee specific results.

• You are responsible for your own well-being and should seek medical advice when necessary.

2.2 Booking and Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance via my website or email.

• Payments must be made before the session unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full.

3. Facilitation Services

3.1 Scope of Work

• Facilitation is a guided process designed to help you shift perspectives, release limiting beliefs, and create change in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

• I use various tools, including Access Consciousness methods, to support personal transformation.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own choices, insights, and actions during and after the session.

• Facilitation is not therapy or coaching but rather a collaborative process to unlock new possibilities.

3.3 Booking and Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance.

• Payments must be made before the session unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

• If a session is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

• No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.

5. Liability and Limitations

• I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of my services.

• While I strive to provide a supportive and professional experience, I do not guarantee specific results.

• My maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

• Any disputes will be resolved in Finland’s courts.
